We have developed a Shopify app that allows you to connect your Shopify store to our dropship system. The cost of the app is £99 +VAT to install and integrate the app with an ongoing monthly cost of £9.99 + VAT. The monthly cost covers the hosting of the APP as well as lifetime upgrades, app maintenance and developer support.
What is included?
- Adds all our products, including descriptions, images, prices and available quantities.
- Updates product quantities in real time.
- Adds categories and assigns products to the relevant categories.
- Adds new products when they are set live on our system.
- Removes discontinued products.
- Links to your dropship account by means of an API
- Automatically exports orders to our system once your customer has paid you for it.
- Triggers an email to your customer with order confirmation.
- Notifies you by email when an order is complete.
- Triggers an email to your customer with tracking information.
- Developer Support for the App.
- Lifetime App upgrades.
Please note: You will need to build your own menu and collections for use with your shopify template as only limited collections are imported by our APP. However, once all products are imported you can manually add products to your collections.
Q: Do you supply any other APPS?
A: Yes we also supply a Woocommerce APP
Q: How often does the Shopify APP update?
A: Our Shopify APP updates stock every 15 minutes or when a customer visits the product page, meaning that the information on the product page is always as accurate as possible. New products and product information like descriptions and pricing is updated daily around midnight.
Q: Can I turn off updates to prevent changes being overwritten?
A: Yes, you can. You will need to go into the settings of the Net1on1 Module and then turn up updates for what you want and then click save.
Q: Do I need to set up my own shipping module?
A: Yes, you will need to create your shipping module to include International, European delivery, Tracked 48 Delivery, and Next Working Day. To map next working day you need to call it the below or use the below as the product code:
‘Express’, ‘Nextday’ , ‘UK Next Day Delivery’, ‘UK Mail Next working day service’
