If you run your own adult business but do not have the facility or finance to hold a large stock inventory, our drop shipping service is for you.

You take your customers orders and process them through 1on1wholesale.co.uk for us to fulfill. We will warehouse stock on your behalf and deal with the logistics of fulfilling your orders. All accompanying paperwork that leaves our warehouse will display your company logo, enabling you to keep a one to one relationship with your customer. There is no indication that Net 1on1 Wholesale Ltd has despatched their order.

By not investing time and money into stock until you have already made the sale you are freeing up cash flow and man power for other activities in your business.

Please note, in order to have your company logo uploaded you must add it to our system and also email our sales team to confirm the upload.

You can do this by filling out our online registration form and select dropship from the select “Customer Group” dropdown.

You pay our standard wholesale price for goods (as displayed on this site) plus postage and packing costs as detailed below.

Example:

£10 order plus tracked delivery (£3.60) = £13.11 + VAT

£20 order plus next day delivery (£5.95) = £25.95 + VAT

£25 order plus European delivery (£15.30) = £35.00 + VAT

You will be given a choice of delivery during the checkout process – please ensure you choose the correct shipping method.

Please note that certain items may incur additional charges. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to any additional charge being made.

Net1on1wholesale Ltd offer an easy ordering system, simply add the items for each order you want fulfilled to the basket (one order at a time). Once you have completed each order click continue to add the delivery address and shipping method. After completing the delivery address and shipping method click continue to save the order in our Batch Payment Processor for later payment. Once an order is saved you can start on your next order and so on until you have processed all of your orders.

We also offer an automated order import facility via our API, if you use one of the following e-commerce platforms Woocommerce, and Shopify  you can use our API (Application Programming Interface), this will allow your orders to be automatically pulled in from your back end system, and once processed, confirmation the order has been sent out together with tracking information, is sent back. You can pay for each order individually or use our Batch Payment Processor and pay for all orders at once. Once your order has reach this stage the order will be saved on our system.

Once you have paid for your orders you can print your invoice/s for your own records. Our system will generate a customised despatch note which will go to our warehouse for packing and shipping to your customer.

There is no Minimum Order Quantity or Spend for dropship orders.

Unfortunately we do not offer a set discount for Dropship orders.

When you have entered all of your orders into the system click the Pay Now button at the bottom of the Batch Payment Processor page to settle all orders in one go. Please note that drop shipping orders must be settled by 2 pm (UK time) for same day despatch.

* European Service: Items over 2KG in weight will incur extra delivery charges to European destinations and may incur customs fees.

** Rest Of the World: Items over 1.5kg will incur extra delivery charges, will be shipped via courier and may incur custom fees.

Please note that delivery dates and times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing. Our courier service (next working day delivery) is NOT a guaranteed next day service, however, 99% of the time, deliveries happen the next day.

Please also note, the Royal Mail 48 & Royal Mail 24 services are uninsured, this means that a claim cannot be made for lost goods, and that you will be liable for any lost orders or undelivered orders.

Yes, you can add that personalised touch to the packing slip that accompanies the product. All we need you to do is email your logo to us, we require the logo to be at least 500 pixels wide, in order for it to appear clearly, it also needs to be a .png file.

You will need to draft your own returns procedures/policy and display it on your web site or at your business premises. If your customer wants to return their order they will contact you. We do not operate a sale or return policy to trade customers, goods returned to you remain your property. If a product is faulty, we will bear the cost of replacement including delivery. If the goods are unwanted, you or your customer will need to pay for the delivery of the item back to us. For further information about our terms of sale please follow this link.

If you are based in the European Union and are EU VAT registered, please supply us with your VAT number.

For exports outside the European Union, we are obliged to identify the tariff codes for each class of product so that the correct duties are charged and paid. You may also require an import licence for the goods, which you would have to obtain locally.
